I have more than 12 years of active management and coaching experience in functional areas including product narration, product presentation, sales psychology, sales, marketing, public relations, brand management, education in the pharmaceutical and luxury retail industry. I have 26,000 hours of hot sales and sales team management experience during this time.

I was the Country Manager of one of the most well known Europe's most important jewels who responsible for all brand activities in Turkey.

I use my human resources, trade and advanced executive coaching expertise by enriching my perspective on people and the system mind with the Master of Psychology. Before my initiative , I continued my business life by using above mentioned competencies and abilities as a System Coach in Alchemy Performance Solutions, which produces solutions for the sales, organization, compliance and presentation functions of organizations, teams and entrepreneurs, and for their Human Resources and marketing, branding performance. Since 2014, I have been actively doing developmental coaching, executive coaching, Leader Coaching and system coaching, and offering corporate / personal solutions through corporate trainings.

I am known to be able to listen, see, flow, energetic, and look from different points of view with an authentic self.

As of December 2020, I made an attempt. I have set up a matchmaking , consulting and networking service that supports people to create safe and sustainable relationships in their lives. In this way, people succeed in building secure relationships at social distance and follow the mission of creating a strong communication society.
Levâic is a Turkish word, it means “those whose hearts burn with the fire of love”. My aim is to develop this business and to spread it globally and to create a happy world with happy societies.
